This resource highlights a range of community professionals and services that families can turn to for support with their child’s development, mental health, and well-being. Created by the SD44 District SEL/MH Team, the goal is to help families understand who they can reach out to when their child needs extra support—because together, we can!
Schools are a part of the continuum of community care supports. The organizations and agencies listed here may be helpful in supporting our students at home and in the community.
